The Challenge

Perisher required the implementation of an efficient, online, orientation and training package. This package also needed to be very cost-effective, as it would serve to replace the existing manual staff training procedures.

The Solution

Elcom expediently assembled an experienced team of creative designers, developers and implementation specialists to work with Perisher staff to identify and document the online training process.

As a result, Perisher’s intranet was totally redesigned, using a fresh, easy to navigate layout. Additional features were also added to the site in order to improve the user experience.
